With Jeff Hardy outcast from Immortal, who will fill the void? Clearly with top prospects as Rob Terry, Gunner, and Murphy, the competition to join Immortal is pretty steep. What about Matt Hardy? With victories over Rob Van Dam and AJ Styles, could he finally surpass his brother’s shadow and lead Immortal to the next level? Hmmm…. he may not be charismatic enough.
What Immortal needs is someone with charisma, electrifying mic skills, and brash killer instincts. Someone that they can persuade to join. Imagine… no more games of cat and mouse. No more contender matches. If he joins, he will be the next TNA World Champion. What Immortal needs is an a**ho!e.
Mr. Anderson (Anderson) lost the belt to Jeff Hardy at Against All Odds, and instead of granting him the rematch, Eric Bischoff followed the orders of The Network and granted title matches to RVD and Sting. Anderson has yet to be given what’s rightfully his, and with Hulk Hogan now 100% in charge of TNA, the chances of him earning another championship match is closer to never.
Immortal are the kingpins of the wrestling underworld, devised of the dirtiest players in the game. Like it or not, they run TNA. So in order to get through the ranks and earn shots, it has to be in the best interest of those men. Want a title shot? You have to do something for them…
Anderson has tried screaming at the top of his lungs, interrupting Hogan mid-promo, and scheduling appointments. Nothing seemed to work, until the door to Hogan’s office closed. With the visual lost after Anderson closed the door, anything could have happened: Hogan could have been attacked, he could have been black mailed, or he simply might of cut a deal. Hardy’s out of the picture, and Mr. Anderson wants a title shot. Seems pretty cut and dry, make Anderson the new face of Immortal. Drink from the cup of Hulkmania and become Immortal.
Who’s to say that Mr. Anderson hasn’t already made the deal? Rob Van Dam sure seemed to think so, he accused Anderson of just that prior to the Fatal 4-Way contender’s match. Shouldn’t Robbie know most of all when a friend is about to betray him, because after all, wasn’t Jeff Hardy the one who cost him his title, and almost his life?
If Anderson were to turn heel, what’s it to him? He said it himself, that he’s an a**ho!e and he’s embraced it.
